Post NetworkはWordPressサイトの内部リンクを視覚化することにより、孤立した記事を簡単に見つけられるようにし、ユーザーフローとSEOの改善に役立つWordPressプラグインです。
Post Network makes it easier to find isolated articles on your WordPress site by visualizing internal links in graphs, helping to improve user flow and SEO.

使い方 / Usage
プラグインの有効化後、管理画面のメニューからPost Network->Graphを選択すると下記のサンプルのように投稿内のリンクを自動で取得して記事同士の関係性をグラフで可視化する事ができます。
By selecting Post Network->Graph from the menu in the administration screen, you can automatically obtain links within posts and visualize the relationship between articles in a graph, as shown in the sample below.
グラフはカテゴリー毎に色分けされます。
Graphs are color-coded by category.
また、Post Network->Settingのページからグラフの表示についてのオプションの設定が行えます。
グラフの下には描画された記事の一覧とその編集用のリンクが表示される他、グラフの各ノードをクリックする事で該当の行へジャンプする事ができるのですぐに編集可能です。

The list of drawn articles and links to edit them are displayed under the “Edit” button, and by clicking on each node of the graph, you can jump to the corresponding line, which can be edited immediately.
